Welcome..

Welcome to NeuroVerify, a practice built to give you clarity, confidence, and practical direction. Whether you’re seeking psychological support, accredited ADHD or neurodiversity assessment, wellbeing insight, or cognitive coaching, you’ll find a grounded, clinical approach paired with real‑world operational experience. With 23+ years of NHS practice and senior leadership expertise, we help individuals understand how they operate and make meaningful, sustainable improvements.

As an ACCPH-SM Senior Member, my approach is grounded in evidence‑aligned practice and professional standards, offering structured, goal‑focused support that helps people work with their brain rather than against it.

- WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT. WE GO BEYOND COUNSELLLING

Why Work With Me.

I bring 23+ years of past NHS clinical experience to every session at my private Somerset practice, which means I've worked with the full range of what people carry, from the everyday to the complex and I know how to tell the difference between what needs time and what needs a different kind of support.

I also have a specialist background in clinical and psychometric assessment including ADHD and Autism, so if something in our work together looks like it might connect to ADHD, autism, or another underlying pattern, I'll recognise it and we can talk about what, if anything, you want to do with that, including specialist ADHD and autism coaching or assessments right here in Yeovil.

For couples and relationships specifically, I work as an EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) marriage and relationship coach, an approach with a strong evidence base for helping couples across Somerset move out of the same recurring arguments and rebuild real emotional connection, rather than just managing conflict better.

For teens and young adults, we provide a specialist service called NEURONAVIGATE. At NeuroNavigate, we believe that the years between 12 and 25 are the most pivotal in shaping who we become. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, managing the pressures of education, or simply trying to find your place in the world, I provide a safe, expert space for every brain to thrive, with both in-person garden studio and online sessions available.

I hold Senior Membership of ACCPH, alongside a BSc (Hons), a Diploma in Clinical Practice, and an Executive MBA in coaching training that spans both clinical depth and how organisations and people actually function under pressure.

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, and offer convenient evenings, weekends, and online sessions for clients across Yeovil and Somerset who can't easily fit therapy into a standard working day.

DBT-A Specialist L2

I am a qualified practitioner in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for adolescents, Level 2 certified. My training equips me with the necessary skills to support young individuals facing emotional and behavioural challenges. DBT is an effective therapeutic approach that emphasizes the importance of balancing acceptance and change, helping adolescents develop coping strategies and improve their interpersonal effectiveness.
