For Organisations
Supporting Schools,
Universities and Businesses Across the UK
NeuroVerify provides neurodiversity support that strengthens how your organisation functions — not just what it knows.
Neurodivergent people are already in your schools, colleges, universities, and workplaces. Research shows that 15–20% of any population is neurodivergent, and most are unidentified. This means many are navigating environments and expectations that don’t match how their brains work — with real consequences for wellbeing, performance, and retention.
NeuroVerify partners with organisations across education and employment to change that. We deliver clinically rigorous screening, evidence‑based training, and specialist support planning that help you meet legal obligations, support your people effectively, and create environments where neurodivergent individuals can genuinely thrive.
Why Organisations Come To NeuroVerify
Most schools, colleges, universities, and workplaces approach us when they recognise one of the following:
- A staff member is struggling, and HR suspects an unidentified neurodevelopmental need.
- A student’s difficulties exceed what their current support plan explains.
- A school is facing rising SEND referrals and needs faster clinical insight.
- A university is seeing increased disclosures and needs a more accessible screening pathway.
- An employer wants to move beyond compliance and build a culture where neurodivergent talent can succeed.

NeuroVerify
Organisational Assessments
We provide validated, professionally interpreted neurodiversity screening for employees, students, and young people across schools, colleges, universities, and workplaces. Each individual receives a personalised clinical report. Your organisation receives an anonymised aggregate insight report outlining your group’s neurodiversity profile, key themes, and recommended organisational actions.
All individual results remain strictly confidential. Organisations only receive anonymised data unless an individual provides explicit written consent.
Screening is available across all three tiers — Adult (18+), Young Adult (16–17), and Adolescent (12–15) — making it suitable for employers, universities, colleges, secondary schools, and sixth forms.
What organisational screening gives you: A clinical baseline for support planning, evidence to inform reasonable adjustments, clarity for resourcing decisions, and a strong foundation for any neurodiversity accreditation or inclusion strategy.
