NeuroNavigate: 8-Week CBT Programme for Young Minds

NEURONAVIGATE

The 8-Week Personalised Anxiety Programme

We are not just a general counselling service. We are a specialist clinical screening assessment, counselling and coaching practice for the formative years, ages 12 to 25. We are equipped to handle the complex, multi-layered challenges that standard therapy often misses in young people. From neuro-complexities like ADHD and Autism to deep-seated emotional dysregulation and transitional issues, that require expert attention.

Welcome To NEURONAVIGATE

Are You, Your Teenager or
Young Adult Hitting an Invisible Wall?

A structured, 8-week cognitive behavioral strategy sprint for young people (ages 12–25) who are feeling stuck, burnt out, or paralysed by perfectionism ahead of a major academic or life milestone.

You might be noticing:

The Perfectionism Trap: They spend hours rewriting the same paragraph, or they won't hand work in at all because "it's not perfect."

Anxiety-Driven Procrastination: They leave things to the absolute last minute, frozen by the fear of failing.

Constant Overthinking: Their mind is always spinning with "what ifs," leading to brain fog and exhaustion.

Physical Burnout: They are tired, irritable, and struggling to sleep as the big milestone gets closer.

The 8-Week Personalised CBT Resilience Transition Programme is designed to break that cycle and replace it with practical, lifelong mental strategies. A structured, 8-week cognitive behavioral strategy sprint for young people (ages 12–25) who are feeling stuck, burnt out, or paralysed by perfectionism ahead of a major academic or life milestone.

How the Programme Works

We don't do generic advice or endless talking loops. This is a time-limited, evidence-based strategy sprint focused entirely on helping your young person build the resilience they need to conquer their specific upcoming hurdle.

Step 1: The Personal Screening Profile

Before our first weekly session, we map out how your young person's mind handles pressure. Through a comprehensive, assessment, we pinpoint their unique stress triggers.

Step 2: Targeted Anxiety Reduction Sessions

We meet weekly to learn and practice real, actionable skills. These sessions are collaborative, active, and designed to move them quickly from insight into real-world action.

Step 3: The Long-Term Support Toolkit

We don't just say goodbye. In our final weeks, we co-create a personalised, written Relapse Prevention Blueprint. This  outlines their personal early warning signs of stress.

Clear, Long Lasting Improvements

This is best for adolescents who struggle with intense emotions, impulsive behaviours, and relationship conflict, especially when these difficulties lead to risks and shutdowns.

Frequently Asked Questions..

What age group is this for? The program is designed for young people aged 12 to 25. Because a 13-year-old and a 22-year-old face very different life challenges, the program is split into two distinct tracks (Track A: School & Mid-Teen Transitions, Track B: University & Career Launch) so the language and focus are always age-appropriate.

How involved are parents? For younger clients (ages 12–16), parents are a vital part of the environment. We involve you during the screening phase and the final blueprint session so you know how to best support them at home. For young adults (17–25), the program is entirely confidential and focused on building their independent autonomy.

My child is going through a severe mental health crisis. Is this right for them? If your young person is experiencing intense emotional distress, severe mood swings, or deep-seated trauma, our 12-Week Counselling & DBT-A Programme is likely a much better fit. The 8-week program is explicitly for young people who are emotionally stable but temporarily stuck in a cycle of performance anxiety or milestone burnout. We can determine which is best during our initial consultation call.

A Note To Those
Who Are Still Wondering

If you have read this far and you are sitting with a question about yourself, or about someone you love, we want to say this directly:

Your experience is real. The difficulty you have felt is real. The exhaustion of performing neurotypicality in a world that was not designed for you is real. And the question you are carrying, however long you have been carrying it, deserves a proper answer.

You do not have to have certainty before you start. You do not have to have a clear idea of what you are looking for. You just have to be willing to find out.

NEUROVERIFY is here when you are ready.
