NeuroVerify : Know your neurotype. Unlock your potential.
Most parents know when something has shifted. The grades slip. The motivation disappears. The child who used to engage withdraws. What they rarely have is a clear, objective, clinically grounded answer to why and what to do next. The Clinical Adolescent Audit gives families that answer.
Your child is capable of more. The question is what is getting in the way. We Give You The Answer.

Grades are the
symptom. The brain is the cause.
Academic underperformance is not a motivation problem, a discipline problem, or a character problem. It is almost always a cognitive infrastructure problem — and the infrastructure cannot be fixed until it has been properly mapped. Schools look at output. We look at what produces it.
- Your child is clearly intelligent but consistently under delivers in exams and assessed work
- They start tasks but cannot finish them, or cannot start at all despite wanting to
- Homework that should take 20 minutes takes three hours — or doesn't happen
- Teachers describe them as capable but distracted, bright but inconsistent
- They are exhausted, frustrated, and beginning to believe the gap is their fault
- GCSEs or A-Levels are approaching and the window to act is closing
A Diagnostic MRI For The Student Brain
Four Pearson Level B validated tools. Each operating on a different level of clinical analysis. Together they produce a complete, multi-dimensional picture of how the student's brain is actually functioning and why their academic output does not match their potential.
Brown EF/A
The Starting Engine
Measures six clusters of executive function, these are Activation, Focus, Effort, Emotion, Memory, and Action. It identifies the Will vs Skill gap. A student who has the ability but cannot activate reveals a clinical deficit that fundamentally changes how intervention is designed
BASC-3
Environment
A broad behavioural assessment covering anxiety, depression, adaptability, and functional communication. Uses triangulation — comparing what the teacher observes, what the parent reports, and what the student experiences — to determine whether underperformance is internally or externally driven
D-REF
Daily Functional
Measures behavioural regulation, metacognition, and emotion regulation as they manifest in real-time daily life. Identifies whether the student is metacognitively aware of their own learning process — and produces a precise habit profile for intervention.
BYI-2
The Emotional Floor
Five brief self-report inventories covering depression, anxiety, anger, disruptive behaviour, and self-concept. Measures how the student perceives themselves — a critical clinical variable, since low self-concept often drives academic self-sabotage regardless of ability

Clinical evidence
that schools cannot ignore
For many families, the most immediate and tangible outcome of the audit is the clinical evidence base it creates for formal exam access arrangements. The table below maps each access arrangement to the specific tool findings that support it under JCQ regulations.
- 25% Extra Time - Brown EF/A Assessment - Substantial impairment in cognitive processing speed and activation — the clinical standard required by JCQ for extra time allocation.
- Scribe or Laptop - D-REF Assessment - The physical act of writing creates a bottleneck between cognition and output fine motor and planning index evidence supports this arrangement.
- Seperate Room - BASC-3 / BYI-2 Assessment - Clinical evidence of elevated social stress or exam anxiety that measurably impairs performance in a standard group setting
- Rest Breaks - Brown EF/A + D-REF Assessment - Sustained effort deficits across both tools demonstrate that standard exam duration causes disproportionate cognitive fatigue.

"We provide the clinical data that makes it almost impossible for the school to say no. Based on the findings from these tools, we can map exactly which access arrangements your child is entitled to and provide the SENCo with the standardised evidence they need to complete JCQ Form 8. You are not asking the school for a favour. You are giving them the documentation to do what the regulations require

Coaching Packages
The Complete Solution
Most coaching begins with a conversation and a hunch. Ours begins with clinical data. Every NeuroVerify coaching programme is built directly around your assessment findings, which means from the very first session, we already know where the difficulties are, what is driving them, and what kind of support will actually move the needle.
We are not guessing at strategies and hoping one fits. We are working from a precise map of how your brain or your child's brain operates under pressure, at rest, and everything in between. Whether you are a professional trying to close the gap between your capacity and your output, or a parent watching a teenager struggle with a system that was not built for how they think, our coaching is calibrated to the individual in front of us. Not a template. Not a programme. A personalised, evidence-based intervention that translates clinical insight into sustainable, measurable change — in the classroom, in the workplace, and in how you feel about yourself at the end of the day

The question is not whether your child needs support. The clinical evidence will make that clear. The question is which level of support will secure their grades this year.

The Benefits
A clinical answer to the question you have been asking Not a vague impression or a teacher's observation — a precise, professionally interpreted picture of exactly where your child's cognitive process is breaking down and why.
Evidence your child's school has to take seriously The audit produces clinically validated, standardised scores that meet the evidential requirements for exam access arrangements under JCQ regulations. Extra time, a separate room, rest breaks, a laptop — these are not favours the school grants. T
A child who finally understands themselves One of the most powerful moments in the feedback process is watching a teenager hear for the first time that the way they experience school is not laziness, weakness, or stupidity. It is a measurable cognitive pattern.
Time back on your side GCSEs and A-Levels do not wait. Every term that passes without the right support is a term your child cannot recover.
