For couples and relationships specifically, I work as an EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) marriage and relationship coach, an approach with a strong evidence base for helping couples across Somerset move out of the same recurring arguments and rebuild real emotional connection, rather than just managing conflict better.

I hold Senior Membership of ACCPH, alongside a BSc (Hons) in Health, a Diploma in Clinical Practice, and an Executive MBA in coaching training that spans both clinical depth and how organisations and people actually function under pressure.

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, and offer convenient evenings, weekends, and online sessions for clients across Yeovil and Somerset who can't easily fit therapy into a standard working day.
