Welcome To NEURONAVIGATE

Specialist Clinical Screening, Counselling And Coaching For The Formative Years. Ages 12 to 25

We Thrive Where
Generic Support Falls Short

Whether you're dealing with school refusal, intense emotional storms, university anxiety, or the 'stuckness' of emerging adulthood right here in Somerset, we provide the specialist clinical insight and DBT-A tools needed to navigate even the most difficult paths.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions at our private Yeovil garden studio. We meet you or your young person exactly where you are to help manage the unique challenges of growing up:

Anxiety and Worry: Generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, and health anxiety supported through local, confidential sessions in Yeovil.

Depression and Low Mood: Often presenting as withdrawal, loss of motivation, anhedonia, and disrupted sleep rather than classic "sadness," especially in adolescents across the South West.

Neurodevelopmental Difficulties: Undiagnosed or post-diagnosis adjustment for ADHD and autism, including identity confusion, masking fatigue, and late identification distress.

Self-Harm and Emotional Dysregulation: Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) as a coping mechanism, frequently co-occurring with anxiety, depression, or trauma in the 14–22 age bracket.

Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs): Including family breakdown, domestic exposure, bullying, and abuse, handled with trauma-informed care.

Identity and Self-Esteem: Gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural identity, body image, and a broader sense of "who am I?"—especially acute in the 14–20 range.

Eating and Body Image Difficulties: Disordered eating behaviours ranging from restriction to binge-purge cycles, often intertwined with anxiety, trauma, and control.

School Refusal and Educational Disengagement: Navigating exam pressure, attendance difficulties, school-based social anxiety, and fear of failure with local educational insights.

Family and Relationship Conflict: Parental separation, sibling dynamics, peer relationship breakdown, romantic difficulties, and emerging attachment issues.

Transition Stress: School to college, college to university, or university to work across Somerset. The 17–25 bracket carries significant unacknowledged pressure, often presenting as "not coping" without a clear named problem.

A Note To Those
Who Are Still Wondering

If you have read this far and you are sitting with a question about yourself, or about someone you love, we want to say this directly:

Your experience is real. The difficulty you have felt is real. The exhaustion of performing neurotypicality in a world that was not designed for you is real. And the question you are carrying, however long you have been carrying it, deserves a proper answer.

You do not have to have certainty before you start. You do not have to have a clear idea of what you are looking for. You just have to be willing to find out.

NEUROVERIFY is here when you are ready.
